What follows are facts. I can prove these accusations in court with hard evidence and/or first person testimony.  Much of this is actually a matter of public record. You will be able to discern that I spent a fair amount of time (not to mention money) to get to this point, but the person who sacrificed the most to get most of this knowledge is his most recent ex wife Adriana. He said he loved her, but nobody does these things to someone they love.

Pants on Fire #1 – Kevin claimed to have bought tickets to see the comedian Gabriel Iglesias, AKA Fluffy, as their joint Christmas present to each other. They had tickets to the second of 2 shows. On the way out the door Kevin claimed to receive a text informing him that the show was canceled. He said that Fluffy was rushed off the stage during the first show, the second show was cancelled, and he had received a refund on the tickets. This is a fabrication and absolutely did not happen. Now, this did happen at the same casino for comedian George Lopez 2 years earlier, but it took 3 months for them to make the decision to refund tickets instead of rescheduling the show. So why would Kevin fabricate something so easily verified false? Because he is stupid.

Cheater – Kevin supposedly had a work trip to Las Vegas coming up. Adriana was not going because she had work and Kevin said he would be busy, and she would be bored. Adriana found texts on his phone indicating that he was planning to meet up with a woman named Mary (Forbes) Cook for a sex rendezvous. Mary, as it turns out is married to a man named Steve, has 3 kids, and live in Minnesota.  When Adriana found out and confronted Kevin his response was “Well, you said you couldn’t go”.

Thief #1 – When Adriana left Kevin, she called the apartment complex to find out what needed to be done to get her name off of the lease. She learned that he had not been paying the rent, they were over $12,000 behind, and the eviction process had progressed to the point where there was a court date set. Their marital financial process was that Adriana gave Kevin her paycheck and he took care of the bills. Or didn’t. This was the same time that his car was repossessed, but I won’t repeat the cock and bull story he had for that.

Thief #2 – When Adriana separated from Kevin, she asked for her savings to be returned to her. She had been in an accident and had received a settlement payout of around $10K for medical bills. Kevin took that money and placed it in an account that only he had access to. He has yet to return that money.

Thief #3 - After learning about the apartment situation, Adriana ran a free credit report. This is how she learned that Kevin had taken out a credit card and 2 loans in her name, for a total of about $13K. We are still working an getting this cleared up.  These are accounts that Adriana had no idea existed. These accounts were charging nearly 30% interest. All of this is in addition to his unauthorized use of her other accounts.

Thief #4 – Kevin has a felony theft conviction (this is just one of his felony convictions).  He stole a large sum of money from his father and grandmother and gambled it all away. I was told that he did time for that conviction. Multiple felony convictions. So if Kevin has talked you about his firearms, or complained about his voting ballot, he is breaking the law when he participates in those 2 otherwise rightful activities.

Shit Heel #1 - After Adriana left Kevin, he withheld 100% of the mail that arrived for her. She requested, and I requested, that the mail be forwarded but he refused to do so, even saying “Why would I do that”. This resulted in a toll bill, based on tolls that he ran up while using her car before they separated (remember, his had been repossessed) of over $800. This is because of late fees and fines. He may soon find that bill in his mailbox with his name on it instead of Adriana’s.

Shit Heel #2 – Maybe this should have been #1. He ran away from his first wife, while she was pregnant with his daughter, after she found out he had been cheating and his side piece was also pregnant. She had to take him to court to get him to pay child support via wage garnishment because he refused to pay it on his own.

Shit Heel #3 – When his daughter was a few years old he told his work that she had died. He did this to get a day off. His first ex wife was receiving messages of condolences from coworkers.

Shit Heel #4 – Kevin has never attempted to be present in his daughter’s life. He will tell you that his “crazy ex wife” won’t let him see her. While that may be partially true, he has never made any attempt to contact her since the whole deceased debacle. Just stupid.

Pants on Fire #2 – Ok, hang to your hats for this one. Kevin likes to tell anyone with ears that he was in the US Army, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, was in tanks, then retrained to fly helicopters. Take a guess how much of that is true. Go on. I’ll wait…….He was in the Army all right, but according to his Father he was a cook that never deployed overseas. I am really curious about what kind of discharge he received. That takes time to find out, but I am still working on it. Either way, this qualifies as Stolen Valor, which can be a crime.

Pants on Fire #3 – Kevin told me that he paid for the house that his first ex wife and daughter live in. Not true. Property ownership is a matter of public record. Just stupid.

Pants on Fire #4 – Kevin told me that he purchased the house that his mother and sister live in. No, he did not. They did. Again, property ownership is a matter of public record.

Pants on Fire #5 - In the time I knew him Kevin claimed all sorts of things, such as ownership of exotic cars, ownership or investment in businesses, but the real whopper is this; one day he showed me a screenshot that purported to show he owned a half million dollars in Tesla stock. He had some crazy bullshit story about why he could not access that money. He is lying. He hasn’t got a pot to piss in.

Pedophile – I have it on good authority that about 10 years ago there was a credible accusation of Kevin doing nasty things to his half-sister, who was only 5 years old at the time.  To be fair, I have yet to find evidence of these charges, so I am not sure how that case was resolved, but from what I was told the accusation came from his father. Still unverified.

Kevin Cooney is a dumpster fire of a human being. Do not loan him money. Do not believe the words that come out of his mouth. Do not let him around your children. Kevin, given the opportunity, will tell you that these are all lies. They are not. Think about all the times Kevin has claimed people were telling lies about him. Think about that. He is the common denominator. He is the liar.

This list is by no means exhaustive. There is so much more that I believe to be true but could not prove. Now, how many others has he done this to? How many others have been lied to, hurt, taken advantage of? How many more in his future?

I would like to also give a shout out to Kevin’s mother Deanna Goble. She knows Kevin’s past and what he is like, yet she offered no warning to Adriana. Did she really think he would treat her better than he has ever treated anyone in the past?
